I am an accomplished executive in the healthcare industry with over twenty years of diverse professional experience in the field. Additionally, I am a people-oriented business executive and community leader with a proven track record of being an exceptional strategist, communicator, negotiator, instructor, mentor and team-builder who leads by example, and highly skilled in delivering high-quality service. I am dedicated, self-motivated, results-driven, personable and outgoing.

I offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of the HAC Model leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

Throughout my phenomenal career, I have routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the elite. My heart and personal leadership style is one of servant leadership.

As a follower of Jesus Christ, being a servant leader is not an option, it is something I am compelled to do. As I continue this leadership journey, my goal is to empower, equip, and train current and future leaders and I welcome the opportunity to serve you.
